1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

The return request is raised within 2 days of delivery

The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

Perishable goods

Personal care, hygiene, or innerwear products

Customized or made-to-order products

Gift cards or digital products

Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

 

4. Return Charges

Standard Items:  Rs 60/- per product for returns not due to quality defects.

Quilts & Comforters: Rs 150/- per product.

Exchanges Charges : If you want to replace any product then you will have to pay courier charges for sending it back.

For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

 

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

You will be notified of approval or rejection

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

6. Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may opt for a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

 

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting us immediately

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process

Refunds for canceled orders (before shipment) will be processed within 5–7 business days

 

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

Contact your card issuer or bank

9. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for:

Size or color variations (if applicable)

Subject to product availability

Customers must initiate exchange requests within 2 days of delivery.

 

10. Changes to This Policy

Rexxica reserves the right to modify this Refund & Returns Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

 

 Note - Shipping amount is not refunded at the time of return in case of COD orders. And COD charge amount is not refunded.

Sending the Product Back Reverse Pickup: We will organize it. Once approved, we’ll issue a refund minus the shipping fee. This process takes 7-14 days.

Self-Shipment: If reverse pickup isn't available, ship the item back within 7 days to:
