How to Return an Item to Rexxica
At Rexxica, we want each of you to be 100% happy with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange the items ordered. Hence, Our policy offers a generous 2 days return / exchange period after delivery.
Return Conditions
Item Condition: To be eligible for a Return / Exchange, the products must be in the same condition that you must have received in, unused, with proper tags and it should have its original packaging. You'll also need the invoice or proof of purchase.
Non-Defect Issues: Style/design issues, bleeding/rubbing of vegetable dyes, and minor stitching issues are not considered defects.
Color Variations: Minor color variations (up to 10%) are normal and not eligible for return.
The parcel when received undergoes quality checks and on satisfactory completion of the process Exchange products will be shipped or Refunds will be initiated. In case of prepaid orders refund will be credited to the original payment method. In case of COD (Cash On Delivery) orders, amount will be credited to bank account specified.

Return Charges
Standard Items: Rs 99/- per product for returns not due to quality defects.
Quilts & Comforters: Rs 220/- per product.
Exchanges Charges : If you want to replace any product then you will have to pay courier charges for sending it back.
SALE ITEMS NOT RETURNABLE:
Non-Returnable Items: No Returns / Only Exchanges are acceptable for products purchased on Sale.
Damages & Issues:
We do a thorough quality check of each item before it is dispatched. However, in case you receive a wrong, defective or damaged item, you can initiate Return / Exchange
Cancellation:
Please reach out to us via email (jsfashionindiajpr@gmail.com) or Whatsapp number if you should need to cancel your order. Orders placed on this website can only be cancelled before they are dispatched
Refunds & Exchanges
Process: Starts within 24-48 hours after our Quality Check Team approves the return.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your returns, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 working days. In case you have paid via COD, amount will be credited to bank account specified. Kindly note it takes some lead time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. The lead time depends on the bank / credit card companies policy once the amount is released from our end.
Note - Shipping amount is not refunded at the time of return in case of COD orders. And COD charge amount is not refunded.
Sending the Product Back
Reverse Pickup: We will organize it. Once approved, we’ll issue a refund minus the shipping fee. This process takes 7-14 days.
Self-Shipment: If reverse pickup isn't available, ship the item back within 7 days to:
